Computer Use tool (GA)
Google moved the Computer Use tool in the Gemini API to general availability across the Interactions and GenerateContent APIs.
The Computer Use tool, which lets Gemini models operate user interfaces, was in preview after Gemini 2.5 Computer Use launched in October 2025. It is now generally available on both the Interactions API and the GenerateContent API. The changelog gives no further details on pricing or models.
