TorchNeuron
Amazon Web Services released TorchNeuron in public beta, a PyTorch backend that runs PyTorch code on Trainium chips by changing one line of configuration.
TorchNeuron is adapted from PyTorch, so developers can move existing PyTorch apps to Trainium without rewriting code, according to Amazon. Amazon also says it is contributing changes upstream to PyTorch to remove code that ties the framework to specific chips. Deepgram is cited as moving to Trainium and processing 70% more audio per dollar.
