Qwen Go!

Alibaba opened applications for Qwen Go!, a personal agent in the Qwen app that files flight-delay claims, requests price-protection refunds and books services, with phased access.

Qwen Go! extends the Qwen app from tasks inside Alibaba's own apps to multistep tasks involving outside companies. It can query and operate platforms the user has authorized, compare options and contact customer service for the user. In one reported test it secured a 70-yuan cash payout after switching from a blocked hotline to online chat, and its actions are visible on screen so the user can stop it.
